Educational Qualification: Minimum 50% Marks in metrics or equivalent. SC/ST candidates or those candidates who have qualification upper than metrics like Intermediate/ Graduate/ Post Graduate Minimum 50% may not apply.

Scout and Guide Qualification:

1. President of Scout/Guide/Rover/Ranger or Himalya Wood Badge Holder or P.H.W.D educated Guide/Leader/Captain
2. Creative member of the scout union current last 3 years
3. Attend one event on the national level or two on state level OR Good record in scout/guide on the district level
